Creamy Instant Pot Mac and Cheese!

If you’re a fan of comfort food and love the convenience of one-pot recipes, then you’re in for a treat! This Instant Pot mac and cheese recipe is not only incredibly creamy and delicious With just a handful of ingredients and a few simple steps, you can have this mouthwatering mac and cheese on the table in no time.


16 Ounces Uncooked Elbow Macaroni

4 Cups Chicken Broth

4 Tablespoons Butter

1 Tablespoon Buffalo Sauce

2 cups shredded sharp chedder

Salt and Pepper to Taste

1 cup milk (I used buttermilk and 2%)

Place macaroni and chicken broth in the Instant Pot.

Pressure cook for 5 minutes and then do a quick release. Do not drain.

Add in your butter and stir til the butter melts.

Then add in buffalo sauce

Add in milk and store

Add in cheese a little bit at a time allowing to melt while you stir
